WHAT YOU'LL DO:- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine suitability for IV therapy.
- Administer various IV therapies and ensure proper management of infusion processes.
- Monitor patients' responses to treatment and adjust plans as necessary.
- Educate patients regarding the benefits and risks associated with IV therapy.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and follow-ups.
- Stay updated on new advancements and best practices in IV therapy and alternative medicine.
WHAT YOU BRING:- Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- Active Texas NP or PA license.
- Current national certification: NP board certification or NCCPA certification for Physician Assistants.
REQUIRED:- Demonstrated proficiency in peripheral IV insertion and venipuncture, with the ability to establish reliable vascular access while providing a safe, comfortable, and positive patient experience.
GOOD TO KNOW:- Vaccination not required.
- We Do NOT Disclose Vaccination Status.
COMPENSATION:- We offer a compensation package that includes a base salary of $120,000 - $125,000, plus a monthly performance bonus and quarterly profit-sharing bonus, rewarding providers for their contributions and the success of the practice.
