IV THERAPY PROVIDER

THE OPPORTUNITY: We're looking for a compassionate, energetic IV Therapy Provider to join our exceptional team! You'll help patients look and feel their best by delivering personalized IV hydration, vitamin infusions, and wellness therapies in a welcoming, patient-focused environment.

You'll be paired with a dedicated IV Infusion Specialist, creating a collaborative care team focused on delivering exceptional IV therapy and wellness services. By working together, you'll provide a personalized, efficient, and memorable experience for every patient.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine suitability for IV therapy.
  • Administer various IV therapies and ensure proper management of infusion processes.
  • Monitor patients' responses to treatment and adjust plans as necessary.
  • Educate patients regarding the benefits and risks associated with IV therapy.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop individualized treatment plans.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
  • Active Texas NP or PA license.
  • Current national certification: NP board certification or NCCPA certification for Physician Assistants.


REQUIRED:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in peripheral IV insertion and venipuncture, with the ability to establish reliable vascular access while providing a safe, comfortable, and positive patient experience.


GOOD TO KNOW:

  • Vaccination not required.
  • We Do NOT Disclose Vaccination Status.


COMPENSATION:

  • We offer a compensation package that includes a base salary of $120,000 - $125,000, plus a monthly performance bonus and quarterly profit-sharing bonus, rewarding providers for their contributions and the success of the practice.
