Responsible for implementing a technical and business solution that has been sold to the NTT DATA. Bridges the gap between the sales deal closer and the technical delivery implementation. Develops and implements a master transition plan that manages cost and schedule to create or modify facilities, hire required staff, implement and test technical solutions, NTT DATA management, 3rd party partner management, extended transition team management, and implements service delivery processes. In this role you will be responsible for: • Individuals are expert in their subject area (ITIL - Service Management) and have working knowledge of related subject areas. • They lead large scale projects. • They may lead or guide others on cross-functional projects outside of their own department. Requirements for this role include: • Typically manages several transition teams or projects, each with their own transition manager. • Projects may require multi-site coordination and implementation. • Supports a majority of NTT DATA service and product lines. • May mentor less experienced team members • Skills and experience in managing complex services projects that include multiple products / services, third party partners and geographies. • Advanced project management and NTT DATA management abilities and project financials. • Advanced understanding of services processes and technologies. • Advanced ability to assess, manage and remediate high project risks. • Demonstrated ability to lead large project teams and develop strategic plans. • Advanced communication and executive level NTT DATA interaction skills. • Ability to physically perform general office requirements. • Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations. • Travel including overnight domestic or international trips may be required. Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($70.00 - $84.00/hour). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
