SummaryWe are seeking an
ITS Engineer with proven experience in the construction and implementation of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) on large highway infrastructure projects. The selected candidate will support field execution activities, coordinate with construction teams, subcontractors, and client representatives, and ensure the successful installation and integration of ITS systems throughout the project.
Main Responsibilities- Support the construction and implementation of ITS systems on highway projects.
- Coordinate installation activities with field operations and subcontractors.
- Review plans, specifications, and technical requirements.
- Monitor project progress and support quality control activities.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, and system integration activities.
- Assist project management teams with technical documentation and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with client representatives, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues related to ITS installations.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical support throughout project execution.
RequirementsRequirements- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in ITS construction and implementation.
- Experience on highway or transportation infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of traffic management systems, communications networks, CCTV systems, Dynamic Message Signs (DMS), fiber optics, and related ITS technologies.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, testing, commissioning, and system integration.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with construction teams, subcontractors, and client representatives.
- English level: C1 (Advanced).
