Overview
Responsibilities
Flexible availability Tuesday through Thursday, working between our Lake Highlands, Uptown and White Rock locations
Embed and behaviorally exemplify the MINT dentistry values of Love, Generosity and Perfection in all work and deliverables, and proactively pursue a nurturing and collegial doctor/clinical and operational relationships anchored on these values
Maintain a clean and professional appearance aligned with the brand and chic company aesthetic
Observe and provide support to veteran Dentists in all aspects of clinical operations to learn and develop according to MINT clinical practices
Deliver quality and compassionate dental care to every patient served
Diagnose and provide appropriate dental treatment to patients. This is to include exams, cleanings, scaling and root planing, delivering anesthetic, and composite restorations. Limitations as deemed appropriate by the lead dentist. For example extractions, multiple composite restorations, root canal therapy, crowns, fixed partial dentures, removable partial dentures or complete dentures.
Educate patients and parents of patients on maintaining proper oral health
Communicate with dental staff on our team regarding patient treatment plans
Communicate with patients regarding MINT products and procedures using MINT scripts
Prescribe medications as necessary
Carefully document all medications, diagnosis, treatments and consultations
Qualifications
