The role partners with project teams, Workforce Development, Change Management, Internal Communications, leaders, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders to deliver organized, accurate, and easy-to-use enablement resources that improve workforce readiness and reduce adoption friction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop practical enablement resources, including job aids, quick reference guides, FAQs, learning pathways, knowledge articles, process documentation, readiness materials, and adoption resources for assigned ETP initiatives.

  • Translate technical, operational, and change-related information into clear, employee-friendly content that supports understanding, task completion, and adoption.

  • Partner with subject matter experts, project teams, Change Management, Internal Communications, Workforce Development, leaders, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, validate content, and align enablement materials to business needs.

  • Support workforce readiness and adoption activities for technology, workflow, process, platform, and operating model changes across ETP.

  • Publish, organize, and maintain enablement content across approved employee-facing channels, including SharePoint/zHUB, LMS platforms, Microsoft Teams, Outlook/email, and related resource hubs.

  • Coordinate assigned learning and enablement activities, including training logistics, participant communications, session support, enrollment tracking, calendars, intake requests, and follow-up actions.

  • Maintain templates, trackers, content calendars, documentation, review histories, and version control to ensure enablement resources remain accurate, current, searchable, and easy to use.

  • Track and summarize enablement indicators, such as training participation, completion, learner feedback, adoption signals, support themes, and available platform engagement data.

  • Identify readiness gaps, content needs, adoption barriers, support trends, risks, dependencies, and approval issues; escalate concerns and recommend practical improvements.

  • Use approved collaboration, productivity, and AI-enabled tools responsibly to improve content creation, summarization, workflow organization, knowledge management, reporting, and enablement quality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Learning and Development, Workforce Development, Organizational Change, Communications, Business, Instructional Design, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Relevant experience supporting workforce enablement, employee adoption, change management, communications, learning, training coordination, business operations, technology enablement, or a related function.

  • Experience creating employee-facing enablement content, such as job aids, guides, FAQs, learning materials, knowledge articles, process documentation, readiness materials, or adoption resources.

  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and content-simplification skills, with the ability to make complex information clear and actionable.

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and related collaboration platforms.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests, deadlines, stakeholders, calendars, templates, trackers, approvals, and follow-up actions.

  • Comfort reviewing basic learning, adoption, engagement, or platform metrics and turning them into clear summaries, observations, and practical recommendations.

  • Collaborative working style with the ability to partner across Workforce Development, Internal Communications, Change Management, project teams, technical teams, leaders, and business stakeholders.

  • Sound judgment when handling confidential, sensitive, technical, operational, or time-bound information, including responsible use of approved AI-enabled tools.

  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, change-driven environment with shifting priorities, evolving requirements, and multiple stakeholders.
