Essential Functions- Perform full Cybersecurity review and analysis with recommendations for the Enterprise
- Collaborate daily with the Information System Security Manager (ISSM) and Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) teams to plan, design, manage and maintain an enterprise-wide network infrastructure hierarchy
- Support the review process of the IT Governance workflows and update the workflows as appropriate to include Cybersecurity Management and/or Cybersecurity direction/guidance changes
- Support with documenting, developing, reviewing and analyzing complex network engineering drawings and designs for technical accuracy and relevance
- Support network communication requirements related to enterprise and test networks
- Participate in network and systems design reviews to ensure implementation of appropriate systems security policies
- Provide a monthly status report on the oversight, monitoring, metrics, and tracking of the implementation from the approved cybersecurity controls as outlined in the approved Security Plan and Continuous Monitoring Strategy
- Provide cybersecurity engineering expertise and oversight of implementations improving Agency defensive cyber operations capabilities
- Continuously monitor the RMF cybersecurity controls compliance strategies and implementation
- Lead and oversee projects for status and situational awareness, utilizing data from various sources to track aspects of the project portfolio such as funding, status, and milestones
- Research and review team contributions for technical accuracy and relevance based on business, mission, and functional requirements and adherence or compliance with Federal, DoD, and Agency policies
- Assist in identifying, evaluating, and validating customer requirements
Required Education and Experience- Education: Master's Degree or equivalent in STEM related field from an accredited institution with at least 10 years of relevant IT experience working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD program / projects.
- Acceptable alternative: Bachelor's degree in STEM related field plus 15 years of relevant IT experience working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD program / projects.
- Capable of leading, coordinating, and executing specialized IT system planning, design, maintenance, sustainment, and assessment activities.
- Works independently and/or leads teams to analyze and resolve problems
- Must be able to provide daily supervision and direction to support teams

Salary range: $138,000 - $165,000
