Compensation Range: 120k - 140k (Placement within the salary range will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, years of relevant experience, demonstrated expertise, education, certifications, and internal equity considerations. Position Summary: Support enterprise IT systems engineering activities for mission-critical government environments. Translate operational requirements into scalable technical solutions while supporting system integration, architecture, analysis, testing, and lifecycle management.
Responsibilities- Support systems engineering lifecycle activities including requirements analysis, design, integration, validation, and sustainment
- Develop system architecture documentation and technical recommendations
- Perform systems analysis, interface design, and configuration management support
- Support operational performance analysis and risk assessments
- Collaborate with government stakeholders, program teams, and technical staff
- Assist with system modernization and technology implementation initiatives
Required Qualifications- ACTIVE TS/SCI POLY CLEARANCE
- Bachelor's degree with advanced technical or functional expertise
- 7-10 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience supporting federal government or defense-related programs preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
