Job Description:

Dynamo Technologies LLC is looking to hire an IT System Administrator to support our Air Combat Command (ACC) Intelligence Directorate (A2) program out of Langley AFB, VA. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Contractor to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our government networks and Video Teleconferencing (VTC) systems. Your expertise in maintenance, logistics, life cycle support, and IT management will be crucial in providing mission-critical support to meet Intelligence mission tasks. This position is a customer-facing role interacting with Military/Civilian/Contract customers and will directly support ACC personnel at MAJCOM and unit levels by maintaining fielded C2/C4I assets.

Note: This is an in-person/on-site role located at Langley AFB, VA

Duties/ Responsibilities
  • System Maintenance and Support : Utilize your knowledge and experience in maintenance, logistics, and life cycle support to ensure Government networks and VTC systems are operational. This includes installation, upgrade, and administration of hardware and software, resolving equipment and mission system interoperability issues, and managing IT inventory.
  • User Account Management : Provision, modify, and deprovision user accounts across NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS using tools like Active Directory Users and Computers (ADUC), NetIQ applications, and IAO Express.
  • VTC System Management : Assist in the installation and upgrading of VTC systems up to TS/SCI classification. Maintain and troubleshoot VTC systems to ensure 100% operability for the customer.
  • Network Infrastructure Maintenance : Establish, maintain, and troubleshoot network components including ethernet and fiber connections, SFPs, media converters, Cisco switches, and HP switches.
  • IT Support and Troubleshooting : Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution for IT systems. This includes day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution.
  • System Administration : Perform system administration tasks including operating system imaging, software installations, and patch management for various security classifications.
  • Compliance and Documentation : Adhere to Information Assurance (IA) policies, Defense Intelligence Security Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), and AFNETOPS directives. Maintain documentation including diagrams, configurations, and inventory records.

Additional Duties:
  • Coordinate actions with base Communications Squadron, CSI, AFNETOPS, and other controlling organizations as needed.
  • Provide training and familiarization sessions on C4I system hardware maintenance and interconnectivity.
  • Evaluate, prioritize, escalate, and resolve customer tickets using internal ticketing systems.
  • Liaise with other entities for IT support.

Required Skills/Abilities
  • Must have an active TS/SCI Clearance.
  • IAT-Level II Certification
  • Experience in IT maintenance, technical support, system administration, and network management.
  • Familiarity with NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and other military networks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Should be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • U.S Citizenship required

Education and Experience:
  • Four years of professional experience, coupled with an IAT-Level II Certification.
  • A Bachelor's degree is desirable.

Travel Requirement :
  • Possibly- less than 10% (conferences, trainings, etc.)

Clearance Requirement:
  • TS/SCI Clearance

Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, the responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, skills, education, work location, and internal equity.
