About the Role

Rho is hiring an IT Support Lead to own the technology backbone that keeps our New York City office and distributed team running. You'll be the go-to person for employee IT support, device and identity management, and the systems and tooling that help Rho move fast. This is a hands-on, in-office role based in our NYC office - ideal for someone who loves solving problems for their colleagues and building scalable IT operations at a high-growth fintech.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee IT support - hardware, software, access, and troubleshooting - with a focus on fast, friendly resolution.
  • Own device lifecycle management across macOS and Windows, including procurement, provisioning, MDM, and secure offboarding.
  • Administer core identity and SaaS systems (SSO, Google Workspace, Slack, and related tools), including access onboarding and offboarding.
  • Manage the NYC office's IT infrastructure - networking, AV, conference rooms, and on-site hardware.
  • Build and document IT processes, runbooks, and self-service resources that scale as Rho grows.
  • Partner with Security, People, and Finance on access controls, compliance, and asset management.
  • Lead IT onboarding for new hires and ensure a seamless day-one experience.

Our people are our most valuable asset. The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $130,000. In addition to base pay, Rho offers equity, healthcare benefits and paid time off.
