  • Utilize SQL queries to support reporting and data analysis needs
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and printers
  • Respond to and resolve help desk tickets in a timely manner
  • Create and maintain knowledgebase articles and work instructions
  • Follow SDLC best practices for major projects including planning, testing, documentation, implementation, and post-project review
  • Work closely with users across departments to identify and resolve system issues
  • Ensure compliance with departmental procedures and quality standards

Information Systems Support Analyst

Location: Toms River, NJ (onsite)

Salary: $75,000-$95,000 based on experience

Summary:

Heyco Products Corp. is seeking an Information Systems Support Analyst to support and enhance our manufacturing business systems and IT infrastructure. This role is responsible for supporting IQMS ERP functionality, managing EDI transactions, developing Crystal Reports, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and assisting users across the organization.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed
