Role Descriptions & Responsibilities
Dassault Systèmes is seeking an experienced IT Procurement Managerto join the NAM Procurement team. This role supports multiple business units across the United States, Canada, and Latin America and plays a key role in developing and executing strategic sourcing initiatives for IT products and services.
This position will report to the Director of Procurement in NAMand will partner closely with regional and global procurement teams, as well as cross-functional stakeholders including IT, Finance, Legal, Information Security, and Business Operations. This position may be based in Waltham, MA or New York, NY and follows a hybrid work model of three days in the office and two days remote. Some of your key responsibilities include the following:
• Develop and implement category strategies for IT procurement and sourcing activities.
• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing projects including RFx development, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract execution.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure service quality, performance, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify cost-saving opportunities and industry trends.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Legal, Security, and business stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with organizational goals.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, service-level agreements (SLAs), and contractual protections.
• Monitor supplier performance using KPIs and scorecards.
• Identify and mitigate supply, financial, cybersecurity, and compliance risks within the IT supply chain.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and spend analysis activities.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Drive process improvements and procurement best practices.
• Manage renewals, software licensing, and vendor consolidation initiatives where applicable .
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
• 3-7 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management with a focus on IT.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Experience sourcing IT categories such as SaaS, cloud infrastructure, telecom, hardware, or IT services.
• Knowledge of procurement systems and sourcing tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with ERP/procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or Oracle.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity, data privacy, and software licensing models.

Dassault Systèmes offers an excellent salary with potential for bonus, commensurate with experience. Salary Pay Transparency
Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $85000 and $115000, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
