General Summary

This position is responsible for leading, delivering, and optimizing AI-assisted development platform capabilities and digital solutions, using agile principles and governance practices aligned with the company’s architectural standards and approved designs to create efficient, user-friendly, secure, and supportable IT services that accelerate delivery and provide business value.

Essential Job Accountabilities

  • Drive technology solutions and AI-assisted development platform capabilities from design through release, ensuring efficiency, operational excellence, quality, secure delivery, and compliance while enhancing IT project and portfolio performance.

  • Serve as technical lead for the oversight of implementation, installation, customization, and integration efforts aligned with project objectives, including AI-assisted development platform capabilities and governance controls, to ensure high application performance.

  • Manage comparative studies between various technology options, and assist with market research, competitive analysis, and pricing in alignment with project requirements to ensure delivered solution meets documented needs

  • Demonstrate deep familiarity with transformative digital technologies and apply this knowledge to deliver solutions that support optimized departmental productivity and efficiency.

  • Manage rapid solution deployments using agile principles and optimize solutions to create efficient, user friendly, secure, and supportable IT services

  • Lead and manage technology-related aspects of active projects. Partner with the AI Architect, Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Operations, Legal/Compliance, Project Management, and business stakeholders to refine requirements, inform design decisions, and execute implementation plans that enable accurate estimates, prioritization, risk evaluation, and successful delivery.

  • Leverage technical and business domain knowledge to solicit and document complex requirements, develop implementation strategies using cloud service models, and operationalize approved platform patterns and integrations to support safe experimentation and sustainable business value.

  • Manage Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP), and Proof of Concept (POC) engagements with technology partners to ensure optimal solution selection, including evaluation of AI-assisted development capabilities, integrations, security, cost, and operational readiness.

  • Implement solutions that adhere to the guidelines, standards, roadmaps, and approved designs defined by the AI Architect and Enterprise Architecture, and maintain platform standards, reusable templates, and operational runbooks that support governance, compliance, audit readiness, transition to Operations, and business optimization.

  • Lead cross-functional quality and system change management efforts to ensure the deployment of high-quality, compliant technology solutions, including validation of AI-assisted outputs, policy conformance, release readiness, and risk remediation.

  • Drive collaboration with IT, vendor, and business teams to ensure delivered solutions align with strategy and architecture, address business needs, and create value; define and track adoption, productivity, quality, risk, and compliance metrics to continuously improve platform governance, workflows, and outcomes.

Education

  • Bachelors9 Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering required

  • Project Management Institute (PMI) CAPM or PMP certification required

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) required


Work Experience

  • Minimum 8 years9 solution architecture experience in delivering high security, high availability technical solutions

  • Minimum 5 years9 experience in all aspects of delivering cloud-based solutions, leveraging industry best practices and deployment strategies

  • Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master on strategic technical projects

Knowledge, skills, and abilities

  • Ability to lead and manage multiple, complex technology initiatives simultaneously, with a strong understanding of governance for AI-assisted development, including access controls, auditability, policy management, and human accountability for generated outputs.

  • Highly versatile, hands-on technology expert who is credible at both technical and strategic levels, with the ability to translate approved platform designs into implementation plans aligned with enterprise architecture, cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, identity platforms, and operational support models.

  • Extensive experience leading and delivering technology solution projects using multiple SDLC methodologies in a technical lead role, with demonstrated strength in secure engineering practices, including code quality, test automation, release controls, and compliance considerations for AI-generated outputs.

  • Strength in leading scrum teams through projects, leveraging agile tools and practices to deliver technology solutions.

  • Proven track record as a technical leader with strong decision making skills and ability to lead geographically diverse cross-functional teams to achieve technology solution objectives

  • Advanced written and verbal communication and consultative skills to effectively disseminate information, influence peers and cross-functional partners and convey technical concepts and ideas to non-technical personnel

  • Ability to work in high production environment and respond quickly and effectively under pressure

  • Must be a motivated team player who can also operate successfully independently

  • Ability to instill a culture of continuous improvement by driving business process re-engineering efforts and identifying opportunities to make existing processes more efficient

  • Experience implementing transformational technology solutions that leverage cutting-edge technologies and adhere to industry security and compliance standards, including the ability to evaluate AI-assisted development tools and practices using measurable criteria such as security, usability, scalability, supportability, developer productivity, and business impact.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex technology and platform issues in creative and effective ways, including identifying AI-related risks and developing pragmatic remediation plans.

  • Ability to leverage data analytics methods, tools, and platform telemetry to deliver value-added solutions by measuring adoption, throughput, quality, and risk and converting those insights into continuous improvement actions.

Base Salary Range:

$127,843.00 - $191,763.00

Pay may vary based upon relevant experience, skills, location, and education among other factors.
