Pay Range: $75,500.00 - $93,133.33
What You'll Be Doing- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues.
- Manage and resolve service desk tickets efficiently.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain and update IT documentation and knowledge base.
- Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and upgrades.
