Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Customer Technology leader to drive a digital and disruptive product strategy across Wood Products sales, pricing, customer experience, and digital commerce capabilities. In this role, you will partner with Business, IT, and leadership teams to operationalize a connected, adaptive, and intelligent product portfolio that delights customers at every interaction. You will use modern technology to personalize experiences, improve ease of doing business, differentiate Weyerhaeuser, and strengthen our position as the supplier of choice.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute the technology product strategy for sales, pricing, customer experience, and digital commerce.
  • Lead and develop product team including product owners and functional analysts.
  • Partner with other technology teams, data teams, system integrators, and business teams to ensure scalable, production-grade delivery.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities to strengthen core technology capabilities, reduce complexity, apply digital transformation practices, and use disruptive technologies across Wood Products sales and customer experience.
  • Create a vision for a connected customer experience grounded in system knowledge, business needs, and industry trends.
  • Manage and communicate the discovery, experimentation, and commercialization stages of the customer innovation portfolio.
  • Connect processes, people, technology, and data to create a customer 360 view and enable business-led digital transformation.
  • Monitor and report tactical and strategic metrics that show adoption, business value, and governance.
  • Anticipate and experiment with megatrends and emerging capabilities to guide strategic product, technical, functional, and operational recommendations.
  • Collaborate with enterprise, data, security, support, solution, and technical architects and leaders to deliver seamless digital solutions.
  • Assess operational, financial, legal, risk, and compliance constraints, and partner with business leaders to evaluate solution feasibility.
  • Develop, implement, and improve structures and processes that support digital best practices and sales & customer experience transformation.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline; equivalent experience considered. MBA or related advanced degree a plus.
  • 10+ years of progressive technology experience, including Salesforce, SAP C4C, Microsoft Dynamics, or other CRM platforms in manufacturing, retail, or high-tech environments.
  • 3+ years of senior technology leadership experience.
  • 7+ years leading digital products or programs involving cross-functional technology integration.
  • Proven success building and scaling product management functions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Ability to identify strategic opportunities, build business cases, and align stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success leading large system integration partners to deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Enterprise-wide perspective with the ability to align strategy, processes, capabilities, enabling technologies, and governance.
  • Experience developing roadmaps and implementing technical solutions for CRM, ERP, digital commerce, and related platforms.
  • Ability to operate strategically while engaging in initiative and process details as needed.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and influence leaders at all levels across technical and business audiences.
  • Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders and build consensus across teams and functions.
  • Proven success delivering projects in product, Agile, Waterfall, or SDLC environments.
  • Strong ability to define and advance a strategic vision.

What We Offer:

Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $144,790 - $217,185 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 25% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

This position is also eligible to receive $32,000 in restrictive stock units on an annual basis, as part of our Long Term Incentive Plan.

Retirement: Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan, which includes a paid company match in addition to our contribution equal to 5% of your eligible pay.

Paid Time Off or Vacation: We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with 3-weeks of paid vacation to use during your first year of employment. In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 holiday hours and paid parental leave for all full-time employees.
