Job Title: IT SCADA Administrator

Hours: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
Pay Rate: 85k-95k

This is a direct hire, fully onsite opportunity supporting critical SCADA systems within a dynamic environment. Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot SCADA and industrial control systems, including hardware and software installations and updates.
• Respond to IT tickets and work orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide technical support, including conducting research, analysis, and system improvements.
• Assist with inventory management, software testing, and vendor communications.
• Collaborate on special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or a high school diploma/GED plus 4 years relevant experience.
• At least 2 years' experience maintaining SCADA systems in a technical support role.
• Proficiency with SCADA platforms such as Pera, Wonderware, Allen Bradley HMI, and VLCs.
• Strong skills with Microsoft desktop operating systems and IT hardware (desktops, laptops, mobile devices).
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience configuring and troubleshooting TCP/IP networks, VLANs, IP routing, and network switches (Cisco preferred).
• Background in writing technical documentation for software and system interfaces.
• Familiarity with PERA framework and SCADA system management.
• Experience in field environments and with 24/7 operational support.

Licenses & Certifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (reimbursement for business mileage provided).
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) strongly preferred but not required.

Special Requirements

• Must pass a Criminal Justice Information Systems (CJIS) background check upon hire.
• Ability to work on-call and respond to after-hours emergencies.
• Mobility to work within office and field environments as needed.
