Seeking IT Project Planner in Midland, TX.
This position is a Sr. IT PM with the ability to organize and strategically plan/manage their projects.
Top 3-5 Technical Skills Needed:
- 10+ years of experience with planning and leading technical projects.
- 5+ years of IT expertise in software development, infrastructure management, networking, cybersecurity or analytics.
- O&G experience, specifically with the terminology and familiarity with industry tech/applications.
- Ability to be flexible and pivot where necessary.
Top Cultural Attributes Needed:
- Ability to lead/mentor PM's
- Communication to various levels of the org
- Flexibility
