JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager - Technology & E-Commerce to lead Kabi Chocolate's U.S. technology expansion program. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management, business analysis, vendor management, and technology implementation expertise to drive strategic initiatives across e-commerce, inventory management, fulfillment, systems integration, and reporting platforms. This role will be responsible for translating business objectives into actionable technology roadmaps while ensuring successful delivery of scalable, business-aligned solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead the U.S. technology expansion program, including roadmap development, prioritization, milestone planning, and execution.
• Assess, evaluate, and recommend technology solutions supporting Amazon, Shopify, e-commerce operations, inventory management, fulfillment, reporting, and third-party integrations.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, workflows, integration requirements, and project plans.
• Evaluate technology vendors, platforms, and solutions based on functionality, scalability, implementation effort, cost, and business value.
• Manage end-to-end technology implementations, including planning, configuration, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Coordinate activities across internal teams, external vendors, consultants, and business stakeholders.
• Lead system integration efforts involving APIs, cloud-based platforms, and third-party applications.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, resource plans, risk registers, and implementation roadmaps.
• Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including test planning, test scenarios, acceptance criteria, issue management, and business validation.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, issues, scope changes, and mitigation plans throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establish project governance processes, reporting mechanisms, status dashboards, and executive communications.
• Facilitate communication and alignment between business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and leadership teams.
• Support inventory management, fulfillment operations, order processing, and service-level performance initiatives.
• Analyze operational performance data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead change management, training, go-live planning, and post-implementation stabilization activities.
• Ensure successful adoption of implemented solutions and drive ongoing optimization efforts.
• Provide regular updates to leadership regarding project progress, milestones, risks, and key deliverables.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT Project Management, Technology Implementation, Program Management, or Digital Transformation.
• Proven experience managing e-commerce, ERP, inventory management, fulfillment, or business systems implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Shopify, Amazon Marketplace platforms, and e-commerce technologies.
• Experience with third-party system integrations, APIs, and cloud-based technology platforms.
• Strong experience gathering business requirements, process mapping, workflow documentation, and solution design.
• Experience leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and implementation activities.
• Strong vendor management, vendor selection, and technology evaluation experience.
• Experience managing project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and scope.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams and external partners.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced business environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
• Agile, Scrum, or related project management certifications.
• Experience supporting U.S. market expansion or international technology initiatives.
• Experience within Consumer Products, Retail, Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, or Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) industries.
• Familiarity with Inventory Management Systems (IMS), Order Management Systems (OMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Fulfillment Platforms.
• Experience with Business Intelligence (BI), Reporting, and Analytics platforms.
• Experience implementing Shopify Plus, Amazon integrations, ERP systems, or marketplace solutions.
• Knowledge of digital commerce, omnichannel retail, and supply chain technologies.
• Experience managing cloud-based SaaS implementations and integration projects.

CERTIFICATIONS
• Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred.
• Professional Scrum Master (PSM) preferred.
• PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) preferred.
• Relevant E-Commerce, ERP, or Technology Project Management certifications are a plus.
