What you will do at Sogeti: • Build and maintain detailed, integrated project plans (tasks, milestones, dependencies)
• Drive alignment across IT, Quality, Supply Chain, and business stakeholders
• Identify and manage cross-workstream dependencies and critical path
• Track progress and proactively follow up with owners
• Produce bi-weekly status reports and dashboards
• Maintain structured tracking of risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions
• Track forecast (latest thinking) and committed spend
What you will bring: • 7 + years of Project Management experience in IT
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs
• Must have experience with SDLC and Quality Systems
• Experience in large transformation, separation, or integration programs
• Experience working in Life Sciences is required
• Experience in global, matrixed organizations
• A&D experience is nice to have
