Job Title: IT Project Manager - SME Program

Project Overview:
This position will serve as a Project Manager for the SME program/product. There are currently three active projects under SME:
Greenville Line 11, Combi 1/2, and PDS3
SME Ridgefield Deployment
SME Global Enhancements
Role Scope / Deliverables:
Position Summary:
The IT Project Manager manages and delivers all aspects of IT projects. This person is responsible for project initiation through delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, and risk to ensure successful completion.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of assigned projects including scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, and risk.
Proactively manage project execution - monitoring progress, managing communications, reporting status, and removing roadblocks.
Manage change, resolve conflicts, and ensure milestones are achieved within plan.
Create initial project budgets and obtain funding approval.
Manage internal and external suppliers, stakeholders, and customer relationships.
Collaborate with management and other PMs to establish best practices in project management methods and tools.
Key Skills & Credentials:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business, Systems Analysis, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of hands-on experience in IT project management and/or in a formal enterprise IT PMO.
Demonstrated knowledge of Agile/Scrum best practices.
PMP and SCM certification a plus.
Proven experience delivering successful enterprise-level IT projects (ERP, CRM, EDW, eBusiness, MDM, mergers/acquisitions).
Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience/certification preferred.
FDA Computer Systems Validation, or M&A/Integration experience a plus.
Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies; prior experience as a Scrum Master desirable.
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Visio).
Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to lead cross-functional and distributed teams through sprint planning and retrospectives.
