Role Overview We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects from initiation through completion. The role involves managing scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, stakeholders, and project quality while ensuring successful delivery aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end IT projects from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestones, and success criteria.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Manage project scope and ensure deliverables remain aligned with business requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including development, infrastructure, cloud, security, QA, data, and business teams.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and mitigation plans.
- Track project progress and provide regular status reports to leadership and stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets, costs, resource utilization, and vendor activities.
- Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, sprint ceremonies, and stakeholder reviews.
- Ensure effective communication among technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership.
- Manage change requests and assess their impact on scope, schedule, cost, and resources.
- Ensure projects follow organizational governance, security, compliance, and quality standards.
- Coordinate testing, deployment, implementation, and transition to operational/support teams.
- Manage third-party vendors, contracts, deliverables, and service-level commitments.
- Identify project blockers and drive timely resolution and escalation when required.
- Track project KPIs and performance against approved baselines.
- Conduct project closure activities, including lessons learned and final documentation.
- Promote continuous improvement in project-management processes and delivery practices.
Required Skills - Strong experience in IT project management and technology delivery.
- Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
- Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
- Strong knowledge of software development and IT infrastructure project lifecycles.
- Experience with project-management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or similar.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of IT governance, change management, risk management, and project controls.
Preferred Skills - Experience managing cloud migration, application modernization, infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP, or enterprise software projects.
- Experience with PMO processes, governance, and executive reporting.
- Knowledge of ITIL and service-management practices.
- Experience managing technology vendors and external partners.
- Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity, data, networking, and enterprise architecture.
- Experience with project budgeting, forecasting, procurement, and contract management.

Education - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
