We are currently seeking a IT Project Manager - ONSITE to join our team in San Diego, California (US-CA), United States (US).
Day to Day Responsibilities:- Manage each project's scope and timeline
- Reporting metrics, project updates
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
- Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
- Help teams implement changes effectively
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality stand
- Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
- Help build a productive environment where team members 'own' the product and enjoy working on it
Minimum Requirements: - 10+ years' experience in a Project Management
- 5+ yrs experience of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
- 5+ yrs of experience in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
Preferred Skills:- Familiarity with software development
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field
- PMP/Scrum master certification is a plus
NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $96,492 - 144,738. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
