Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; Master's or PMP certification is a plus.
• Over 5 years of IT project management experience; at least 3 years focused on infrastructure projects.
• Background in network engineering, systems administration, or data center operations is highly desirable.
• Strong technical knowledge in networking (LAN/WAN, firewalls), virtualization, storage, and cloud platforms.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in healthcare IT (e.g., Epic or Cerner) is strongly preferred.
• PMP, ITIL, or equivalent certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end IT infrastructure projects, including network upgrades and cloud migrations.
• Collaborate with teams, vendors, and stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables.
• Translate complex technical requirements into actionable project plans.
• Manage multiple infrastructure projects to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
• Develop and maintain project documentation such as charters and status reports.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans effectively.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare IT regulations and security standards.
