The Opportunity:IntePros Federal is seeking a highly motivated and collaborative
IT Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology initiatives supporting federal government and environmental program objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple concurrent projects, working within federal contracting environments, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business value.

- Required: Must be eligible for a Public Trust Clearance - US Citizenship required.
Locations:- Remote - some travel to Client and IntePros Federal Headquarters in Washington, DC

Required Skills:- 5-8 years of experience managing IT projects within a federal contracting environment
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate multiple concurrent projects involving diverse stakeholder groups
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and hybrid delivery approaches
- Experience working with federal government clients and navigating contract requirements
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
- Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills
- Experience tracking project performance, managing risks, and providing status reporting to leadership
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset
- Experience aligning team member capabilities with project and feature-level work requirements
- Skilled in stakeholder management and negotiating the delivery of customer requirements
Preferred Skills:- Experience supporting environmental, sustainability, regulatory, natural resource, climate, or conservation programs
- Experience with GIS technologies, geospatial applications, or geospatial data initiatives
- Experience supporting data modernization, cloud migration, digital transformation, or enterprise application implementation efforts
- Familiarity with federal agencies such as EPA, DOI, NOAA, USDA, FEMA, or other environmental-focused organizations
Certifications Required: Certifications preferred:
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification preferred
- SAFe certification (SAFe Agilist, SAFe Practitioner, or equivalent) preferred
