Reporting to the Senior IT Project Manager, this role is responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, technical strategy, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate is a strong cross-functional leader who can effectively manage stakeholders at all levels, drive execution across global teams, and translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
What a Typical Day Looks Like
- Lead the full project lifecycle—from initiation and design through development, deployment, and stabilization
- Define project scope, timelines, resource plans, and budgets; ensure alignment with business priorities
- Drive execution across cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, operations, and external partners
- Proactively identify risks and issues; develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans
- Conduct feasibility, impact, and dependency assessments to support informed decision-making
- Establish and track key milestones, deliverables, and success criteria
- Monitor project health (schedule, cost, scope, quality) and provide clear, executive-level reporting
- Facilitate governance forums, drive decisions, and ensure alignment across stakeholders
- Resolve complex project challenges by providing technical direction and coordinating resources
- Maintain comprehensive project and technical documentation in alignment with organizational standards
- Engage regularly with customers, business leaders, and senior stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment
- Support procurement processes, including vendor coordination and purchase order management
The Experience We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 5–7+ years of experience in IT project management, delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end IT project delivery, integrating technical, functional, and business requirements
- Strong understanding of enterprise systems, architecture, and process integration (e.g., ERP, MES, supply chain systems)
- Experience working in global, multi-site environments with diverse stakeholder groups
- Demonstrated leadership in driving high-impact initiatives and influencing decision-making at multiple levels
- Strong governance, risk management, and communication skills
- Ability to “manage up and down” — effectively engaging executives, business partners, and delivery teams
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
- PMP, Agile/Scrum certification, or equivalent is a plus
