Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our continued growth, we are seeking an IT Project Manager to join our team in Austin, TX.

Reporting to the Senior IT Project Manager, this role is responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, technical strategy, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate is a strong cross-functional leader who can effectively manage stakeholders at all levels, drive execution across global teams, and translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.

What a Typical Day Looks Like

  • Lead the full project lifecycle—from initiation and design through development, deployment, and stabilization
  • Define project scope, timelines, resource plans, and budgets; ensure alignment with business priorities
  • Drive execution across cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, operations, and external partners
  • Proactively identify risks and issues; develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans
  • Conduct feasibility, impact, and dependency assessments to support informed decision-making
  • Establish and track key milestones, deliverables, and success criteria
  • Monitor project health (schedule, cost, scope, quality) and provide clear, executive-level reporting
  • Facilitate governance forums, drive decisions, and ensure alignment across stakeholders
  • Resolve complex project challenges by providing technical direction and coordinating resources
  • Maintain comprehensive project and technical documentation in alignment with organizational standards
  • Engage regularly with customers, business leaders, and senior stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment
  • Support procurement processes, including vendor coordination and purchase order management

The Experience We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • 5–7+ years of experience in IT project management, delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end IT project delivery, integrating technical, functional, and business requirements
  • Strong understanding of enterprise systems, architecture, and process integration (e.g., ERP, MES, supply chain systems)
  • Experience working in global, multi-site environments with diverse stakeholder groups
  • Demonstrated leadership in driving high-impact initiatives and influencing decision-making at multiple levels
  • Strong governance, risk management, and communication skills
  • Ability to “manage up and down” — effectively engaging executives, business partners, and delivery teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
  • PMP, Agile/Scrum certification, or equivalent is a plus
