Job DescriptionJob SummaryDo you thrive at the intersection of technology, manufacturing, teamwork, and transformation? As an IT Project Manager, you'll lead and coordinate technology projects supporting our manufacturing, operations, engineering, quality, and enterprise business functions.
You'll work closely with internal business and IT teams, technical subject matter experts, and strategic technology partners to deliver solutions that improve operational visibility, streamline manufacturing and business processes, integrate critical systems and data, and automate work for greater efficiency. Projects may include enterprise application implementations, manufacturing technology initiatives, system integrations, data and analytics solutions, and technology-enabled process improvements.
You'll help ensure projects are clearly defined, appropriately prioritized, and successfully delivered-from requirements and planning through implementation and adoption.
What You'll Do- Plan and manage technology projects supporting manufacturing, operations, engineering, and other business functions.
- Coordinate activities across business stakeholders, IT teams, technical SMEs, and external technology partners.
- Define and track project scope, requirements, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
- Support projects involving enterprise applications, manufacturing processes, data and analytics, automation, and system integrations.
- Facilitate project meetings and provide clear communication on priorities, status, risks, decisions, and next steps.
- Help ensure technology projects align with business priorities, IT standards, cybersecurity requirements, and organizational goals.
We'd Love to Hear From People With- A Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management or a related area, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a "Q" clearance.
A Successful Candidate Brings- Strong knowledge of IT project management practices and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience managing enterprise applications, COTS, or SaaS implementations from requirements through deployment.
- Ability to work with manufacturing and operational teams to translate business needs into clear project requirements and deliverables, in a classified environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience coordinating technical teams and external vendors across multiple initiatives.
PayEstimated Starting Base Salary Range: $76,010-126,683. This position is Bonus eligible. Centrus considers several factors when extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. While the posted range reflects the anticipated hiring range for this position, compensation above the range may be considered for candidates with exceptional qualifications and directly relevant experience.
