Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management experience in large enterprise programs, focusing on digital transformation.
• Experience in the telecom industry with companies like Verizon or AT&T is highly preferred.
• Experience managing programs that involve multiple business units and cross-functional teams.
• Strong skills in meeting facilitation and driving decision-making.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication at the executive level, including creating presentations.
• Experience in managing risks, issues, and dependencies with executive reporting.
• Ability to manage several parallel workstreams under shifting priorities.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Run cross-functional programs from planning through delivery within the Digital organization.
• Track and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate as necessary.
• Facilitate program meetings, drive decisions, resolve blockers, and enforce governance.
• Create status reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations.
• Coordinate efforts across the Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing, Customer Experience, Finance and Operations teams.
• Track milestones, dependencies, and maintain decision logs.
• Define and report KPIs, especially focusing on AI/ML, personalization, and digital platform programs.
• Develop and document repeatable program management processes.
