Summary:
Oversees the development and execution of our product and service strategy, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
* Provides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency

* Assists with organizing the planning process for strategic growth of all current and developing programs, inclusive of planning, implementation and expansion of programs and services, as well as other entities within the department
* Facilitate and participate in quality peer and stakeholder reviews of requirement artifacts to ensure requirements are complete, consistent, comprehensible, and are signed-off/approved
* Serves as a liaison with stakeholders / internal customers of IT, for understanding and translating the business context, immediate needs, as well as their longer-term vision for the initiatives
* Develop and describe a sufficiently deep and comprehensive understanding of both, the business objectives/ outcomes and the detailed requirements of the stakeholder departments
* Proactively work with stakeholder department teams to improve business process efficiency between current and desired state
* Participates in the development and implentation of goals, objectives, policies and priorities
