Job Description

Overview of Role:
We are seeking a Global IT Finance & Procurement Manager to lead the firm's IT finance, procurement, vendor management, and contract governance functions. This role is responsible for driving financial oversight across the global IT organization while managing procurement operations, vendor relationships, and IT asset management processes.

The position also serves as a key liaison between IT, Corporate Finance, vendors, and the London office community, ensuring strong collaboration, operational efficiency, and a high level of service delivery.

The ideal candidate brings strong financial and commercial acumen, experience leading teams in a global professional services environment, and a collaborative, service-oriented leadership style.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Collaboration:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team responsible for IT finance, procurement, and contracts management
  • Set team priorities, provide performance oversight, and support professional development
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team culture
  • Partner with regional IT support leadership to improve communication and service delivery within the London office

IT Financial Management:
  • Lead the annual IT budgeting and forecasting process in partnership with Corporate Finance and IT leadership
  • Manage monthly budget tracking, financial reporting, reconciliation, and variance analysis
  • Monitor capital and operating expenditures against approved budgets and proactively identify financial risks
  • Support audits, year-end activities, and other finance-related initiatives impacting IT

Procurement & Vendor Management:
  • Oversee global IT procurement activities across hardware, software, and services
  • Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, renewals, and performance reviews
  • Review and approve contracts, statements of work, and software licensing agreements
  • Drive continuous improvement of procurement policies, workflows, and governance processes
  • Conduct market and pricing analysis to optimize vendor value and cost efficiency

IT Asset Management:
  • Lead the development and enhancement of IT asset management policies and governance
  • Oversee the lifecycle management of hardware and software assets
  • Ensure software license compliance and maintain accurate asset and entitlement records
  • Partner with Finance and IT teams to align asset data with financial reporting requirements

Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Build strong relationships across IT, Finance, and business teams globally
  • Communicate financial and procurement insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Represent IT Finance & Procurement in cross-functional initiatives and strategic projects
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and governance across IT financial and procurement processes


Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in IT finance, procurement, vendor management, IT asset management, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, or developing teams within a corporate or professional services environment
  • Proven experience managing budgets, forecasting, financial reporting, and vendor relationships
  • Experience developing or supporting IT asset management (ITAM) processes and governance frameworks
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline preferred
  • Professional certifications in IT asset management or procurement are a plus
  • Experience working within a global professional services organization preferred

Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships across technical and non-technical teams
  • Excellent financial and analytical skills, including budget management, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Strong understanding of procurement, contract management, and vendor governance processes

Additional Information:
  • The expected base salary range for this position is $95,000- $105,000annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
