Your Opportunity, Your TeamThe IT Portfolio Reporting Analyst supports
QVC Group, and helps deliver the data, analysis, reporting, and execution rigor required to effectively govern the Technology portfolio.
In this role, you'll help bring structure, transparency, and insight to QVC Group's technology portfolio through five key areas of focus: Portfolio Reporting and Analytics, Financial and Resource Management, Portfolio Governance and Data Management, Process Improvement and Automation, and Stakeholder Partnership. You will drive reporting excellence, portfolio transparency, financial discipline, and continuous process improvement while ensuring accurate and trusted portfolio information is available to stakeholders across the organization.
Where You'll WorkThis role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite in West Chester, PA several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, NJ, or DE. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
What You'll Do- Develop and maintain portfolio, financial, resource, and executive reporting, including dashboards and scorecards, to provide visibility into portfolio performance and health.
- Analyze portfolio metrics, capacity, trends, forecast accuracy, and financial variances to deliver actionable insights and recommendations for leadership.
- Identify emerging risks, opportunities, and performance trends across the technology portfolio to support strategic decision-making.
- Support portfolio budgeting, forecasting, month-end activities, reconciliations, and financial data governance in partnership with IT Finance and portfolio leaders.
- Administer portfolio management tools and data, ensuring reporting accuracy, governance compliance, and timely user support.
- Support portfolio intake, prioritization, planning, and status management processes to align investments with strategic objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, automation, and translation of business needs into functional requirements that improve efficiency, scalability, and data quality.
What You'll Bring- 3+ years of experience in analysis, portfolio reporting, data management, financial reporting, or a related role
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, and insights using Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, or similar tools
- Experience supporting budget, forecast, actuals, variance analysis, financial controls, and reporting
- Commitment to data quality and accuracy
- Experience improving processes and reducing manual effort through automation or better tooling
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
