Full Job Description
The Air Force Civilian Service (AFCS) is looking for a IT Portfolio Management Integrator, GS-2210-14 at Pentagon in Arlington, VA.

We are seeking a strategic IT Portfolio Manager to lead the evolution of the Air Force Human Resources Management (HRM) business domain. In this role, you will be working to define the future state of Air Force HR technology and ensure our systems are prepared for tomorrow's mission. Map the Future: Develop clear IT road maps and gap analyses to guide senior leadership. Drive Innovation: Evaluate emerging technologies to bring industry best practices into Air Force-wide application. Salary Range: $143,913- $197,200

Depending on the type of position (competitive/excepted) you are selected for, you will be required to serve a 1-year probationary period OR 2-year trial period.

Qualifications/Requirements:

U.S. Citizenships Required.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

In-depth knowledge of information management and security regulations, practices, and procedures.

Knowledge of the mission, roles, functions, organizational structure, and operation of the Department of Defense (DoD), Air Force, DCS (Manpower, Personnel & Services) and organizations that govern, interface with, and/or influence the planning and requirements process and information management processes.

Skills in Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Project Management for AI Era (JIRA), Microsoft Project is preferred.

Knowledge in Salesforce, Agile, Service Now, Change Management preferred.

Skill to plan, organize, and direct the functions of matrix staff in critical aspects of development, production, and system investment decision-making and to coordinate various aspects of planning and requirements such as enterprise architecture, IT portfolio management, financial management, contracting as they relate to Clinger-Cohen Act requirements.

Ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders across the DoD and Air Force functional and technical communities both orally and in writing. All oral and written communications always clear, concise, and with technical accuracy.
