As part of planned maturity efforts, you will support the scale out of OIT's LEAN strategic planning framework to other departments so incoming requests are clear, measurable, and anchored to statewide strategic priorities and plans.

You will accomplish all of this in partnership with Strategy & Governance section leaders, including the GRC CTO, the Strategy & Governance Manager, the Cloud Innovation & Governance Manager, the Enterprise Architect, and other OIT leaders outside the section. You will supervise an IT Policy and Planning Analyst and a Business Services Project Manager 2 to keep operational activity and value delivery execution running smoothly. Your work ensures OIT's portfolio remains organized, transparent, cost-aware, and consistently aligned with governance priorities and statewide value delivery expectations.

The Working Environment You Can Expect

Daily, you will use Office 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and other tools to manage enterprise-wide initiatives and projects. You will work closely with the Strategy and Agency Services section deputy and other members of the OIT leadership team. Your oversight and management work will enable coordination of work streams to meet high-profile, customer-facing deliverables. You will collaborate with stakeholders inside and outside of OIT, including key stakeholders within other departments. Your clear, organized, and factual approach will be responsive to customer challenges and ensure those customers get the anticipated value out of the OIT services they depend on.
