Zantech is looking for a talented
IT Performance Management SME to contribute to the success of our upcoming Operations and Program Management Support Services project for a Hybrid role based out of Ashburn, VA.
IT Performance Management SME ResponsibilitiesThe Contractor shall provide an IT Performance Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) who will serve as the lead technical and analytical resource for portfolio oversight. This SME is
notresponsible for the IT service delivery lifecycle itself; that is the responsibility of the integratorcontract. Instead, this SME is responsible for viewing the integrator's work through the
ServiceDelivery and Resource Allocation (SDRA) program control lens. They will provide the
analytical rigor required to assess performance, validate efficiency, and inform Governmentgovernance decisions.
Key Responsibilities:•
Metric and SLA Development: Provide expert guidance in the development of meaningful KPIs and SLAs to measure integrator performance, focusing on value, costeffectiveness,and alignment with Government objectives.

Performance Data Analysis: Analyze technical, financial, and operational data from the integrator and portfolio systems to identify trends, evaluate performance against established baselines, and surface risks or opportunities. CBP/SAS/BEMSD/Service Delivery and Resource Allocation Management Support

Governance Support: Translate complex performance data into clear, data-informed recommendations for Government governance bodies (e.g., ERB, PRR, CCB).

Framework Implementation: Support the PM in the technical design and implementation of the Performance Management Framework, including the logic for dashboards, health models, and automated reports.
Minimum Qualifications:• Education: A Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in IT,
Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience:o Ten (10) or more years of experience in IT governance, performance management, or a program control environment.
o Demonstrated experience with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT) and their application in measuring vendor performance.
o Proven experience developing and analyzing performance metrics (KPIs/SLAs) for large-scale IT service contracts.
• Skills: Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, business intelligence tools, and communicating technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Security Clearance:- US Citizenship
- Active Top Secret or higher clearance, per contract requirements.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DHS clearance is required; active DHS CBP clearance is preferred
