POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled IT Operations Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver IT operations projects for a large federal program. This role manages cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and stakeholder alignment across service delivery, infrastructure, and operations initiatives.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Clearance: Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust background investigation (MBI or HBI). U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • ITIL 4 Foundation certification
  • Agile/SAFe certification (PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist)
  • Experience supporting NIH, HHS, or federal research IT programs
  • Familiarity with federal acquisition and performance monitoring requirements
