Job Title: IT Operations Professional [MULTIPLE POSITIONS]

Job Location: New York, NY and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.

Job Type: Full Time

Rate of Pay: The salary range for this position in New York, NY is $82,212.00 to $110,976.00 per year and this role may be eligible to earn incentive compensation. Duties: Support the introduction of and enhance company's Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) Cormap (an IBM MAXIMObased solution). Work with the railroad operation and maintenance departments to define, implement and maintain all operational and functional processes in the CMMS system. Serve as the point of contact for CMMS-relevant topics to the development team. Provide first level support for all CMMS users in the region. Communicate with the global Cormap team. Support implementation with data loading, testing, and demand definition. Continue to map and monitor operational data. Ensure process quality for all projects in relation of CMMS operations. Use ticketing systems such as SIMOS or Salesforce to apply change requests. Define and adhere to KPI based metrics for data quality in the system. Create and maintain user manuals and conduct training for all CMMS users in the region.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Railway Engineering, IT Engineering or related field and 24 months of experience in the job offered or in a IT Operations Professional-related occupation. Position requires experience in the following: Working with IBM Maximo; First level support on CMMS systems; Railroad operation and maintenance methodologies; Automation and process scripting to interface the CMMS with 3rd party data hooks; Programming in Excel, Tibco Spotfire, and SQL; Applying script logic to extract, analyze, or process data. Telecommuting may be permissible pursuant to company policy.
