- Participer a la conception, l'implementation, la gestion, l'integration et le support de niveau 2 et 3 d'une plateforme de supervision serveurs et reseaux fonctionnant 24/7
- Maintenir, faire evoluer et concevoir des solutions permettant des integrations optimisees entre differentes plateformes systemes, notamment :
- Dynatrace requis
- ITRS Geneos requis
- Alerting Chain
- OpenTelemetry
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITES - L'ingenieur technique a des responsabilites etendues liees au deploiement des processus et services associes. Cela inclut :
- Produire la documentation des standards et lignes directrices pour le deploiement regional et l'utilisation des outils
- Gerer la relation avec les fournisseurs technologiques externes afin de revoir les nouveaux produits, escalader les incidents et representer un point de contact unique pour la production IT aupres de ces fournisseurs
- Evaluer les methodes, logiciels et architectures existants afin de proposer et mettre en œuvre des processus et outils permettant d'ameliorer, automatiser et securiser les activites des equipes d'ingenierie systemes et de service delivery
- Participer aux reunions globales et collaborer avec les equipes internationales afin d'assurer la coherence et l'alignement des outils et processus
- Participer aux audits et revues de conformite, en s'assurant du respect des standards de la banque et en adressant toute non-conformite. Garantit le respect de l'ensemble des politiques associees
EXIGENCES - 3 a 5 ans d'experience dans un role de supervision technologique et d'architecture
- Anglais courant requis
- Administration systeme : expertise pratique approfondie en Linux/Unix et bonnes connaissances des environnements Windows
- Bonne comprehension des infrastructures globales : firewalls, protocoles reseau, gestion des certificats, load balancing et concepts associes
- Maitrise de SQL et des concepts de bases de donnees
- Connaissances en programmation et scripting, avec capacite demontree a coder dans un ou plusieurs langages suivants : Python, Perl, Shell scripting (Bash)
- Automatisation : experience avec des outils d'automatisation de tests et de serveurs tels que Ansible, Jenkins, Git, et integration avec des coffres-forts de securite (vaults)
- Certification Dynatrace obligatoire, ou a obtenir dans les 3 mois suivant le debut du contrat

- Participate in providing design, implementation, management, integration and support 2nd and 3rd levels for a 24/7 server and network monitoring platform.
- Maintain, upgrade and architect solutions in support of streamlined integrations across various system platforms including :
- Dynatrace Required
- ITRS Geneos Required
- Alerting Chain
- Open Telemetry
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES The technical engineer has broad responsibilities for the deployment of related processes and services. This includes:
- Produce documentation on standards and guidelines for regional deployment and use of tools
- Manage the relationship with external technology providers to review new products, escalate issues, and provide a single voice from IT Production to these technology providers
- Evaluate current methods, software and architecture to propose and implement appropriate processes and tools to improve, automate and secure OS Engineering and Service Delivery teams activity.
- Participate in global meetings and liaise with Global counter parts to ensure consistency and alignment of tools and processes.
- Attend audit and compliance reviews ensuring the team remains compliant with bank standards and to address any non-compliance. Ensures compliance with any and all related Policies.
Requirements : - 3-5 years industry experience in a technology monitoring and architectural capacity
- Fluent in English required
- System administration - In-depth knowledge and demonstrable hands-on experience in Linux/Unix and good knowledge on Windows systems.
- Good general understanding of global infrastructure, firewalls, network protocols, certificates management, network load balancing and considerations in these areas.
- Proficiency with SQL and database concept
- Knowledge of programming and scripting methodologies and demonstrable proficiency in writing code in one or more of the following languages: Python, Perl, Shell Scripting (Bash).
- Automation - Experience of automated test /server automation tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, Git and integration with security vaults.
- Must be Dynatrace certified, if not, within 3 months after the beginning of the contract

- Good at organizing and managing multiple priorities and/or projects by using appropriate methodologies and tools.
