Full Job Description
Position Title: IT Manager

This position is essential for supporting the technology needs of a healthcare-focused organization. The IT Manager will onboard new employees, manage device inventory, and troubleshoot technical issues for staff across multiple locations. This role requires strong customer service skills, particularly when assisting users who may not be technologically proficient. The IT Manager will work closely with the VP of IT to implement new processes and support the overall IT infrastructure. Flexibility and adaptability are key, as the position involves supporting teams across different time zones.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 / Year DOE

IT Manager Responsibilities:
  • Onboard new hires and deactivate accounts for terminated employees

  • Support the VP of IT in implementing new processes and software
  • Assist with IT needs for multiple hospice locations
