Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT operations or a related field.
• Familiarity with managing IT projects and implementing technology services.
• Knowledge of infrastructure, networking, security, and cloud technologies.
• Experience assessing technology solutions and managing vendor relationships.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Hands-on, ownership-oriented mindset with strategic thinking capability.
• Preferred - Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations and infrastructure management.
• Lead technology implementations and system optimizations.
• Evaluate and introduce new tools to enhance organizational efficiency.
• Manage IT vendors and oversee software licenses and contracts.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and systems issues effectively.
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify and resolve technology needs.
• Drive automation and explore opportunities using AI and emerging technologies.
• Establish IT security and infrastructure standards for access and onboarding/offboarding.
• Lead projects from conception to successful implementation.
