Why This Role Matters

As an IT Installation Specialist, you'll help Radiation Oncology clinics successfully implement and maintain Radformation's software solutions. Working within an assigned territory, you'll partner closely with Account Managers, Clinical Implementation Managers (CIMs), Customer Success Managers (CSMs), and hospital IT teams to install software, troubleshoot technical issues, and guide clinics through implementation planning. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems, building relationships with customers, and taking ownership of projects from start to finish. Your work will help ensure clinics can confidently use Radformation's solutions to improve efficiency and deliver exceptional patient care.

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience
  • 7+ years of clinical Radiation Oncology IT experience.
  • Cybersecurity experience.
