Why This Role Matters

As a QA Manager supporting QuickCode, you will help ensure the quality, accuracy, and reliability of a product that streamlines radiation oncology billing and coding workflows for clinics around the world.You will work closely with the Product Manager, engineering team, Success team, Support team, and an existing QA Manager to test new product releases, investigate issues, improve product functionality, and help clinics optimize their workflows. Your clinical expertise and understanding of radiation therapy billing practices will directly influence product quality and customer success.
Responsibilities Include
  • Performing quality assurance testing of product releases prior to deployment
  • Conducting verification and validation testing to ensure product quality, accuracy, and integrity
  • Collaborating with Success and Support teams to assist with troubleshooting and clinic setup issues
  • Providing feedback and recommendations to Product Management and Engineering teams to improve product functionality and user experience
  • Creating and maintaining product-related documentation and testing materials
Required Experience
  • 5+ years of experience as a clinical medical dosimetrist or radiation therapist
  • Extensive treatment planning and/or treatment delivery experience
  • Extensive plan validation experience across multiple treatment techniques and modalities
  • Direct experience with radiation oncology billing requirements and workflows
Preferred Experience
  • More than 5 years of clinical medical dosimetry or radiation therapy experience using Radformation products, particularly QuickCode
  • Extensive experience with radiation oncology billing requirements and reimbursement workflows
  • Product testing, verification, validation, or software quality assurance experience
  • Customer service or customer-facing support experience
