The Opportunity
As part of the Managed Services team you own the delivery of exceptional service across a portfolio of managed-services accounts. As a Director, you set the strategic direction, drive business growth, and maintain executive-level client relations while mentoring the future generation of leaders. This role offers the chance to lead operational excellence, enhance customer satisfaction, and cultivate a thriving environment where innovation and collaboration flourish.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the integration of cloud and network architecture solutions
- Drive business development initiatives to enhance service offerings
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders to support project success
- Promote innovative solutions that leverage technology for efficiency
- Evaluate market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Maintain adherence to professional standards and firm policies
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 8 years of experience with 5 years or more in delivery/operations leadership for managed services or cloud/infrastructure solutions
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Information Technology, Engineering preferred
- Demonstrating thought leadership in managed-services delivery
- Managing client governance and operational review processes
- Driving customer satisfaction and retention metrics
- Coordinating cross-functional delivery execution
- Supporting RFP/proposal reviews and contract negotiations
- Developing standardized onboarding and operational playbooks
- Promoting operational readiness and continuous improvement
- Managing and coaching onshore delivery teams

Job Posting End Date
The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
