Full Job Description
Responsible for overseeing the system build and implementation of clinical, revenue cycle, and business systems to meet organizational goals. This position analyzes business problems and recommends solutions to improve patient care delivery, reduce costs, increase efficiency, and enhance patient experiences. This role coordinates with physicians and end users to analyze workflows, perform gap analyses, identify necessary process changes, and develop future workflows during new solution implementations. In addition, this position communicates with hospital leadership, clinicians, physicians, and ancillary department staff. Additionally, this role leads a team of analysts in designing, building, implementing, supporting, and testing internal and third-party applications.
3434Demonstrates proficiency or advanced functional knowledge of internal and, applicable third-party solutions, and the Microsoft suite of products.3434Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with all stakeholders; meets with customers and sponsors to capture business and technical requirements.3434Assesses workflow processes, identifies gaps, defines necessary process changes, and develops future workflows related to the implementation of new solutions or functionality.3434Designs, builds, and configures within assigned system modules and any supporting third-party applications; develops and maintains system process documentation and outlines process steps using appropriate tools; identifies and implements requested changes to the system.3434Designs and develops test scripts and materials for end-to-end workflow testing; performs unit, system, and integration testing per standards, including negative and regression testing; documents outcomes.3434Remains current on industry trends and vendor/application/system updates; ensures all software modifications/upgrades are working according to system specifications.3434Follows departmental standards for software configuration control, quality assurance, and version releases; provides documentation on system upgrades and new releases of system applications; provides training if required.3434Troubleshoots issues or system deficiencies and initiates escalation procedures as required; provides recommendations for resolution of the problems found.3434Leads multiple cross-functional projects; understands project planning and coordination methodologies using project management skills, tools, and Lean methodologies; communicates project status of deliverables, shared issues, end-user concerns, budget, and upcoming milestones.3434Actively participates in and leads project, team, departmental, and other meetings as required; reports status updates, accomplishments, tasks, and any barriers to the manager.3434Oversees projects with minimal supervision, including planning, design, execution, and ongoing monitoring of activities to ensure successful completion and meeting of deadlines.3434Acts as a super user of supported applications, trains, and mentors new employees with some coaching.3434Performs other duties as assigned.

Work Experience:
34345+ in clinical, revenue cycle, business or technical work and emr application/implementation [Preferred]34345+ in leading teams and providing feedback; communicating complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience; and documenting workflow design and identifying areas for improvement [Required]
Additional Information:
3434Yearly participation in ongoing education either formal or through conferences, active professional organization participation, or journal presentations is required.3434Epic Certification or ability to complete certification within 3 months of completing classes.

Pay Range:
$84,531.20 - $157,248.00
