Responsible for overseeing the system build and implementation of clinical, revenue cycle, and business systems to meet organizational goals. This position analyzes business problems and recommends solutions to improve patient care delivery, reduce costs, increase efficiency, and enhance patient experiences. This role coordinates with physicians and end users to analyze workflows, perform gap analyses, identify necessary process changes, and develop future workflows during new solution implementations. In addition, this position communicates with hospital leadership, clinicians, physicians, and ancillary department staff.
