You'll be the person who makes sure everything just works - and when it doesn't, you fix it fast.
In this high-ownership, hands-on position, you will be responsible for building systems from the ground up, implementing automation where possible, and serving as the primary technical resource for the entire team.

- Build and maintain onboarding/offboarding workflows - automate wherever possible.
- Provide responsive, high-quality support to employees across hardware, software, and access issues.
- Maintain least-privilege access controls and contribute to Hark's security posture.

Requirements- 2-5 years of IT experience in a startup or fast-moving tech environment.
- Hands-on experience with modern Mac fleet management (Kandji or Jamf).
- Familiarity with SSO and identity management (Okta or similar).
- Strong troubleshooting instincts - you can debug a broken enrollment or access issue without a runbook.
- Excellent communication and a service mindset; you're the person the team trusts to get things done.
- Ability to write basic scripts to automate repetitive tasks (Bash, Python, or similar).
Bonus Qualifications- Experience at a Kandji/Jamf shop or as a Kandji/Rippling alumni.
