This role administers the City's network, server and database infrastructure, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient operations. Key duties include maintaining servers, deploying network and security solutions, supporting client/service systems, automating data workflows, coordinating with vendors on cloud and network projects, improving IT processes and ensuring consistent backups and disaster-recovery readiness.
