We are looking for an IT Data Analytics Lead to drive data-driven decision-making by delivering high-impact insights and leading analytics initiatives. This role combines hands-on analysis with leadership responsibilities, guiding a team while partnering closely with business stakeholders.
- Lead end-to-end analytics projects from problem definition to insight delivery
- Serve as a subject matter expert in data analysis, reporting, and visualization
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable analytical solutions
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models
- Mentor and guide junior analysts, ensuring best practices in analytics and data quality
- Conduct in-depth analyses to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to define data requirements and enhance data pipelines
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, integrity, and compliance with data governance and regulatory standards
- Establish and maintain data definitions, metadata standards, and data lineage frameworks
- Support Data Governance initiatives by enforcing policies, standards, and stewardship practices
- Enable AI and advanced analytics use cases by ensuring high-quality, well-governed, and accessible data
- Communicate complex analytical insights, data standards, and governance principles effectively to stakeholders and leadership
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence
- Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R)
- Experience with BI tools such as Cognos Analytics, Power BI, Looker, or similar
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric or similar modern data platforms
- Knowledge of developing AI/ML models or advanced analytics techniques
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks and data quality management
- Knowledge of statistical methods and basic machine learning techniques
- Experience in Agile or fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Compensation: Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $120,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $140,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Dependent on the position offered, other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
