Monitor subcontracting activities to ensure transparency and compliance.
Partner with leadership to proactively manage contractual risks, claims, and disputes.
- Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as the primary interface between IT Product Centers, Business Leaders, and Service Providers.
Communicate contract strategy, performance insights, and risks to directors and senior leadership.
Train internal stakeholders on contract compliance, financial accountability, and procurement processes.
Foster strong, collaborative relationships with MSP leads and key vendors.
- Process Improvement & Reporting
