IT Business Management Associate

The impact you will have in this role:

The Lead IT Business Management role provides strategic, analytical and operational support to the Enterprise Product and Platform Engineering (EPPE) Organization as part of the EPPE Business Office.

Your Primary Responsibilities:
  • Support the EPPE Business Management Office and Chief of Staff (CoS) in driving strategic operational initiatives across the organization.
  • Establish AI-enabled workstreams to transform EPPE into a data-driven, always-on decision engine.
  • Design, develop, and maintain AI agents and intelligent automation solutions to streamline operational processes, reporting, workforce analysis, and executive insights.
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting solutions that provide real-time visibility into delivery health, operational performance, financial metrics, workforce strategy, and portfolio execution.
  • Perform advanced data analysis using SQL, Power BI, Excel, and enterprise reporting platforms to identify trends, risks, optimization opportunities, and actionable insights.
  • Develop automated reporting and analytics capabilities leveraging AI, workflow orchestration tools, KIRO, scripting, and low-code/no-code technologies.
  • Partner with engineering, infrastructure, observability, platform, finance, and portfolio management teams to improve operational maturity and delivery transparency.
  • Support technology performance management, operational metrics, KPI development, executive reporting, and strategic planning activities driven by leadership.
  • Create comprehensive executive-level communications, presentations, dashboards, and business reviews for senior management and board-level stakeholders.
  • Drive operational efficiency initiatives through process automation, workflow optimization, and implementation of policy-as-code and AI-assisted governance solutions.
  • Support business intelligence and workforce planning activities including capacity management, location strategy, organizational analytics, and investment planning.
  • Lead data transformation efforts by consolidating and rationalizing disparate datasets into scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Support leadership team meetings, business reviews, investment planning sessions, technology strategy reviews, and cost center management activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve delivery visibility, operational performance, executive reporting, market alignment, and workforce strategy.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage emerging AI technologies, automation frameworks, and analytics platforms to enhance operational capabilities across EPPE.
  • Mitigate risk by following established procedures, identifying operational gaps, ensuring data integrity, and demonstrating strong ethical and governance-focused behavior.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4+ years of related experience in IT Business Management, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Technology Operations, or related disciplines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working within large-scale enterprise technology organizations supporting engineering, infrastructure, platform, or transformation initiatives.
  • Strong experience with Power BI dashboard development, data visualization, and executive reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL querying, data analysis, data transformation, and data management practices.
  • Experience building or supporting AI-enabled solutions, automation workflows, AI agents, or intelligent reporting capabilities.
  • Familiarity with KIRO, workflow automation platforms, low-code/no-code technologies, or AI orchestration tools is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with Jira, portfolio management, operational metrics, and technology governance frameworks preferred.
  • Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and reporting best practices preferred.
