This team is in the midst of a large customer transformation journey with a main emphasis of modernizing and re-architecting our Billing and rates platforms.

Billing Modernization Background

PG&E is modernizing its billing systems to support evolving rate structures, programs, and customer needs. Known as PG&E's Billing Modernization Initiative, the program will move customers to a unified customer care, service order, metering, and billing platform while minimizing disruption during the transition. This complex challenge is anticipated to span 4 or more years from the restart of the C2M project through eventual production deployment and stabilization phases.
