JOB SUMMARY

This role leads business analysis efforts for enterprise applications and reporting initiatives, helping translate complex business needs into clear, scalable solutions. As part of the IT team, serves as a key partner between business stakeholders and IT, driving alignment, clarity, and successful delivery outcomes. Plays an important role in streamlining processes and advancing enterprise reporting to support an organization focused on standardization and growth. Contributes to building consistency across systems and shaping a more mature, effective business analysis function within an evolving IT environment.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  1. Lead business analysis activities for complex initiatives across enterprise systems and enterprise reporting.
  2. Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
  3. Partner with stakeholders and IT teams to design scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.
  4. Manage multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring alignment to timelines, priorities, and expected outcomes.
  5. Perform project management responsibilities including planning, scope management, prioritization, and risk mitigation.
  6. Develop and maintain documentation such as process flows, requirements, and functional specifications.
  7. Collaborate with UAT, Training, and Change Management teams to support and validate readiness and adoption activities.
  8. Identify opportunities to streamline and standardize processes and improve system and reporting capabilities across locations.
  9. Establish and promote business analysis standards, tools, and best practices within the organization.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required. Associate or bachelor's degree, preferred.
  • Combined experience of 7+ years in IT business analysis with enterprise systems and reporting initiatives is desirable.
  • Previous experience in delivering complex technology solutions, performing project management responsibilities, and working within growth-stage or evolving organizations is preferred.
  • Experience supporting organizations with multiple locations, driving standardization of processes and systems to operate as a unified enterprise and enable scalable growth is preferred.
