Data Integrity & Controls- Reconcile portals, DCIM, and asset tools; investigate root causes for deltas; correct at source.
- Perform cycle counts and audits; maintain evidence for SOX/ISO/client controls.
- Build dashboards and weekly reports (stock levels, shrinkage, aging RMA, lead times, site health).
Process Improvement & Automation- Document SOPs/runbooks; remove waste using Lean/5S; pilot barcoding/scan workflows and integrations (e.g., ITSM12CMDB12DCIM).
- Drive standardization across regions; contribute to tooling requirements and UAT.
