As an IT Asset Management, Strategy & Transformation Manager on the Supply Chain & Network Operations team, you will be responsible for...
  • Supporting enterprise Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) activities across policy execution, inventory governance, and lifecycle management
  • Translating government policy requirements into executable plans, procedures, and compliance activities for information technology asset management
  • Maintaining hardware and software inventory accuracy, reconciliation activities, and data governance, including support for the Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS)
  • Coordinating activities, software rollout efforts, town halls, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement
  • Tracking priorities, milestones, risks, and process improvement opportunities while keeping leadership informed on enterprise information technology asset management activities

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Active Secret security clearance required
  • Ability to work onsite in O'Fallon, Illinois 3-5 days a week
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • 2+ years of experience in information technology asset management, hardware asset management, software asset management, or enterprise inventory management
  • 2+ years of experience translating policy requirements into implementation plans, governance processes, or operating procedures
  • Experience maintaining hardware and software inventory records, reconciliation activities, and data quality controls in Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS) or similar platform
  • Experience supporting software inventory, software rollout, and compliance reporting activities
  • Experience preparing leadership updates on priorities, milestones, risks, and compliance status
Preferred:
  • Experience supporting enterprise hardware asset management and software asset management lifecycle activities
  • Experience with inventory governance, audit readiness, or compliance controls
  • Experience facilitating stakeholder meetings, working sessions, or town halls
  • Experience supporting process improvement initiatives in an enterprise information technology environment
